How to apply?

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets have now issued 300/300 cards. New applications will go on a waiting list.

All fields which are marked with * are mandatory fields. Young people aged 16 and under, will need to download this Parent Consent Form; print, complete and send back to COO-L, to take part in the scheme. This form should  to be completed with a youth worker, social worker or agency of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
