ondon Borough of Tower Hamlets is proud to present 'COO-L Prepaid MasterCard®’' for Young People.
The COO-L Prepaid Cards will replace the previous COO-L cards.
The COO-L Prepaid Cards will be available from 1 June 2010 for one year and will offer 300 young people, a bursary of £25 per month to spend on fun, positive activities in and around Tower Hamlets. Cards will be issued on a first-come-first-served basis and by means of referral through Tower Hamlets teams or agencies.
Please note that due to popular demand, 300 Prepaid cards have now been issued. The cards will be distributed to youth workers and social worker who will facilitate the distribution to young people they referred.
